dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním Významu rodiny pro seniory žijící v pobytových zařízeních. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří kapitol. První část se věnuje vymezení pojmu stáří, jeho projevy a ageismu. Druhá část popisuje seniory a jejich potřeby, seniora a rodinu. Závěr teoretické části představuje funkce rodiny a její proměny, tradiční evropskou rodinu a rodinu jako sociální útvar. Praktická část se zabývá životem seniorů v pobytových zařízeních, vztahem s jejich rodinami, kontaktu s rodinou a nesoběstačností seniorů. Smyslem práce je zjištění významu rodiny pro seniory žijící v pobytových zařízeních.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the study of the meaning of the family for the elderly living in residential facilities. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. The first part deals with the definition of age, its manifestations and ageism. The second part describes the seniors and their needs, seniors and family. The conclusion of the theoretical part is the function of the family and its transformation, the traditional European family and the family as a social unit. The practical part deals with the life of the elderly in residential facilities, with their families, with the family and the lack of self-sufficiency of seniors. The purpose of the thesis is to determine the meaning of the family for the elderly living in residential facilities.
