Zaměření bakalářské práce je vliv inkontinence na kvalitu života pacienta. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním problému, anatomií příslušných orgánů a rozdělením inkontinence. Shrnuje příznaky a příčiny nemoci, popisuje vyšetřovací metody a způsoby konzervativní a chirurgické léčby. Její součástí je rovněž problematika kvality života, její hodnocení a měření, a sociální důsledky inkontinence. Praktická část obsahuje zpracované výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu mezi inkontinentními pacienty, které jsou přehledně znázorněny v tabulkách a grafech. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření poukazují na problémy spjaté s inkontinencí, informují zdravotnický personál o problémech inkontinentních pacientů, které by bylo třeba řešit. Přílohu tvoří dotazník, financování pomůcek pojišťovnami, včetně ukázky příslušného formuláře, návod k použití urinálního kondomu a cviky pánevního dna. |

The topic of my bachelor's degree project is the influence of incontinence on quality of life. The theoretical part of the work deals with the definition of the incontinence and anatomy of relevant organs. It deals with dividing the incontinence into several types and sum up symptoms and causes of the illness. It is focused on methods used in recognizing and investigating the illness and explains conservative and surgical ways of therapy. It also includes a part dealing with the quality of life, its evaluation and estimation and it explains the social consequences of the incontinence. The practical part of the bachelor's degree project discusses results of the enquiry among the patients suffering from this illness and represents the results in the way of graphs and tables. The results indicate problems with the incontinence and inform medical staff about problems of the incontinence suffering patients, which should be resolved. The supplement contains the questionnaire, a summarization of the possibilities of financing the tools by the insurance company with the necessary form and the pelvic floor exercises. |
