Bakalářská práce je výzkumného charakteru a zabývá se obsahovou analýzou výročních zpráv vybraných mateřských škol v rámci České republiky. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na problematiku výročních zpráv mateřských škol, respektive na důležitost psaní tohoto dokumentu a také na kvalitu škol, která úzce souvisí jak s výroční zprávou, tak s evaluací těchto vzdělávacích zařízení. V praktické části je prostřednictvím metody kvantitativně orientovaného výzkumu podrobně analyzováno 18 výročních zpráv mateřských škol. Pomocí relevantních kategorií sestavených dle doporučení školského zákona č. 561/2004 Sb. bylo zjišťováno, jakým způsobem jsou psány výroční zprávy v mateřských školách, které byly předmětem výzkumu. Na základě výsledků výzkumu bylo zjištěno, že pouze 7 mateřských škol se řídí doporučeným obsahem o výročních zprávách uvedené ve vyhlášce. |

Bachelor Thesis has a research character and deals with the content analysis of the annual reports from selected kindergartens within the whole Czech Republic. The theoretical part focuses on the issues of annual reports of the kindergartens and the importance of writing this document, respectively. The quality of the school, which is related to both, the annual report and the evaluation of these educational facilities, is described as well. In the practical part, 18 annual reports of the kindergartens are analysed via methodology of quantitatively oriented research. Using the relevant categories compiled according to the recommendation of the Education Act No. 561/2004, it was investigated in which way the annual reports of the kindergartens subjected to the research were written. Based on the results of the research, only 7 kindergartens were found to apply the recommended content of the annual reports contained in decree. |
