dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce jsou rituály v mateřské škole. Cílem je odhalit a popsat rituály, které učitelky v mateřské škole realizují. Práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru. Teoretická část se zabývá obecným pojetím rituálu z pohledu různých autorů. Rituál je zde zasazen do pedagogických souvislostí. V empirické části jsou popsány výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu. Ve výzkumu byla využita metoda polostrukturovaného interview s učitelkami mateřských škol. Rozhovory byly přepsány do písemné podoby a zpracovány metodou otevřeného kódování. Jednotlivé rituály byly sledovány metodou participačního pozorování a zaznamenány do pozorovacích archů. Z analýzy dat vyplynulo šest hlavních kategorií. Výsledky výzkumu odhalily důležitost a prospěšnost rituálů pro děti v mateřských školách.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the rituals in the kindergarten. The aim is to re-veal and describe the rituals that teachers perform in the kindergarten. The thesis is theoret-ically-empirical. The theoretical part deals with the general concept of ritual from the vari-ous authors' point of view. The ritual is set to the pedagogical contexts. The empirical part describes the results of qualitative research. The semi-structured interview with teachers of kindergarten was used in the research. The interviews were transcribed in writing and pro-cessed by open encoding. The individual rituals were watched by participatory observation and recorded in observation sheets. Six main categories emerged from the data analysis. The research findings revealed the importance and benefits of rituals for children in kinder-gartens.
