Tématem diplomové práce je deskripce navrhovaného kKariérního systému učitele. Cíleně se zabývá základními náležitostmi tohoto systému, objasňuje jeho vývoj a požadavky. Dále charakterizuje současný systému vzdělávání v oblasti učitelské pedagogiky v České repub-lice včetně pregraduální a postgraduální přípravy učitelů mateřských škol. Poznatky uvede-né v teoretické části práce jsou klíčovými pro realizaci výzkumu v praktické části práce, která je kvantitativně orientovaná. Výzkumným cílem je zmapovat názory pedagogických pracovníků mateřských škol na navrhovaný systém pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Z výsledků vyplývá, že většina pedagogických pracovníků se s navrhovaným kariérním systémem neztotožňuje, ale oceňují jeho přínos v oblasti celoživotního vzdělávání pedago-gů. |

The main theme of this dissertation work is the analysis of the developed aspect of educa-tion, the career-system of the teacher. The aim is to focus on basic requirements, to clarify changes and needs. It also characterizes the current education system in respect of teachers' pedagogy in the Czech Republic, with particular regard to undergraduate and post-graduate training for kindergarten teachers. The principal aim of the teachers' career-system is the improved quality of teachers' work which is linked with the development of teachers and their professional competence, with which they can progress to higher career levels, or choose one of the possible career paths according to personal preference. This understand-ing will also be the key for the completion of research in the practical element of this work, which is quantitatively oriented. The target of the research is to map the perceptions of pedagogical workers regarding the system, via the questionnaire method. |
