dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou úniků nebezpečných látek zaměřenou na dané území, konkrétně v této práci je to Prostějovsko. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teore-tické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá rešerší literatury, základními pojmy týkající se zadání práce, přehledem možných rizik a hrozeb pro konkrétní oblast, právními normami upravující pro-blematiku a vyžití sil a prostředků vynaložených při mimořádných událostech s únikem nebezpečných látek. V praktické části byly využity poznatky z teoretické části. V práci je zakomponována aplikace na vybraný objekt v ORP Prostějov, a to formou analyzování v případě situace, kdy dojde k úniku nebezpečné látky. Pro následnou simulaci objektu byl využit softwarový program TerEx. Dále je provedeno zhodnocení stavu úniků látek dle statistických ročenek a v závěru práce je zapracována problematika první pomoci při zasažení nebezpečnou látkou a návrh na opatření při mimořádné události.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with problems of leakage of dangerous substances focused on the given territory, namely in this paper it is Prostějov region. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical review and practical research. The theoretical part deals with literary research, basic terms concerning the assignment of paper, an overview of possible risks and threats for a particular area, legal norms regulating the issue and utilization of means and resources used during emergencies with the leakage of dangerous substances. In the practical research, lessons from the theoretical part were used. In the thesis, the ap-plication is integrated into the selected object in the ORP Prostějov, in the form of analyzes in the case of a dangerous substance leakage. The TerEx software program was used to simulate the object. In addition, an assessment of the state of leakage of substances accor-ding to the statistical yearbooks is carried out and at the end of the thesis the issue of first aid in dealing with dangerous substance and recommendation for emergency procedures are included.
