Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje převážně na příčiny odejmutí dítěte z rodiny pohledem kurátora pro děti a mládež. Teoretická část je věnována popisu rodiny, jejich funkce a prostředí. Dále definuje sociálně-právní ochranu dětí, kurátora pro děti a mládež a proces odejmutí dítěte z rodiny. Práce se dále věnuje náhradní péčí o dítě. Druhá je praktická část, která je realizována kvalitativním výzkumem, metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. |

The bachelor thesis focuses mainly on the reasons for the child's removal from the family by the curator for children and youth's view. The theoretical part is dedicated to the description of the family, their function and surroundings. It further defines the social and legal protection of children, the curator for children and youth and the process of taking the child out of the family. The thesis is also dedicated to the alternative child care. The second is a practical part, which is realized by qualitative research, method of semi-structured interview. |
