Bakalářská práce se věnuje e-learningu v prostředí firemního vzdělávání. V teoretické části se nejprve zaměřuje na celoživotní vzdělávání, učení, které nás provází v různých formách nepřetržitě celým životem. Poté se zaobírá firemním vzděláváním, které zajišťuje edukační aktivity za účelem zvýšení či prohloubení znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců. V poslední kapitole se zaměřuje na e-learning, efektivní formu vzdělávání zaměstnanců za pomoci informačních a komunikačních technologií. Část praktická se zabývá výzkumným šetřením, zaměřeným na realizaci e-learningových kurzů v prostředí firmy. |
