dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv firemní kultury na motivaci zaměstnanců. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na rozbor firemní kultury a dále se snaží prokázat její vliv na pracovní motivaci. Základní teoretické poznatky byly získány z odborné literatury. Empirická část předkládané práce je zaměřena na chápání firemní kultury zkoumané společnosti. Nedílnou součástí každé organizace jsou také její manažeři, kteří jsou nositelem firemní kultury a svým chováním působí na ostatní zaměstnance. Cílem práce bylo zjistit vliv firemní kultury na motivaci zaměstnanců ve společnosti TON a.s. Na základě výsledků šetření byly zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky s doporučením do praxe.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis examines the impact of corporate culture on the employees´ motivation. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of the corporate culture and also tries to demonstrate its influence on the motivation to work. The basic theoretical knowledge was gained from professional literature. The empirical part of the presented work is focused on the understanding of the company culture of the studied company. An integral part of every organization is also its managers who carry the corporate culture and affect other employees by their behavior. The aim of the thesis was to find out on the influence of the corporate culture on the motivation of employees in company TON a.s. Based on the results of the survey, research questions have been answered followed by recommendations for practice.
