Bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním seniorů. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy, které souvisí se stárnutím a stářím. Objasňujeme problematiku celoživotního vzdělávání seniorů. Specifikujeme formy vzdělávání seniorů. V praktické části je popsán kvantitativní výzkum, ve kterém zjišťujeme motivaci, bariéry v dalším vzdělávání a v čem spatřují senioři přínos studia |

The bachelor thesis deals with the education of seniors. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines concepts related to aging and old age. We clarify the issues of lifelong learning for seniors. We specify forms of seniors' education. The practical part describes quantitative research in which we find motivation, barriers to further education and what the seniors see as the contribution of study. |
