Tématem mé diplomové práce je rozšíření nástrojů finančního controllingu ve společnosti MAGNETON a.s. Jádrem práce je vypracování predikce operativního cash flow sloužící k zajištění podnikové likvidity. Teoretická část se zabývá obsahovým vymezením pojmů controllingu a finančního controllingu. Jsou charakterizovány funkce controllingu, jeho cíle a úkoly, nástroje finančního controllingu a funkce controllera. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První z nich se zabývá analýzou společnosti MAGNETON a.s., u které byla práce zpracována. Druhá kapitola se zabývá návrhem predikce operativního cash flow a možnostmi využití nástrojů finančního controllingu. |

The topic of this diploma thesis is expansion of financial controlling tolls in the company MAGNETON a.s. The key part of this work is the proposal of prediction of operative cash flow and control of solidity. The theoretic part is occupied by content specification of controlling and financial controlling. Are characteristic function of controlling, their objectives and task, tools of financial controlling and position of controller. The practical part is divided into two chapters. Firs one is occupied by analysis of MAGNETON a.s. The other chapters is solving the proposal of cash flow prediction and possiblities of financial controlling tolls utilization. |
