Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jaký mají učitelky mateřských škol názor na roli otce v rodině. V teoretické části jsou sumarizovány poznatky o otci a jeho roli, kterou zastává v rodině a ve vztahu k mateřské škole. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumu. Data byla získána prostřednictvím sedmi polostrukturovaných interview, jež byly uskutečněny s učitelkami mateřských škol. Po transkripci dat byly na základě jejich analýzy vytvořeny kódy a následně zpracovány kategorie, které odpovídají na stanovené výzkumné otázky. Data odhalují pohledy a názory učitelek mateřských škol na otce a jeho roli v rodině. |

The bachelor thesis has theoretical and empirical features. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the opinion of kindergarten's teachers on the role of a father in a family. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge about a father and his role in a family in relation to a kindergarten. The empirical part contains the results of qualitative oriented research. The conduction of data took place during seven semi-structured interviews with teachers from kindergartens. After the data transcript, codes were created, followed by categories, in order, to answer the research questions. The data reveal the views and opinions of kindergarten teachers on fathers and their role in families. |
