dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá chápáním fenoménu moci učitelkami mateřských škol. Teoretická část práce se soustřeďuje na zmapování pojetí fenoménu moci a jeho zasazení do pedagogického kontextu třídy mateřské školy. Dále uvádí potřebné poznatky k pochopení rozdílů mezi fenoménem moci a autority. Praktická rovina diplomové práce odhaluje, jak učitelky mateřských škol chápou fenomén moci, a jakým způsobem popisují svou moc nad dětmi předškolního věku. Výzkumná část byla realizována prostřednictvím rozhovorů s učitelkami mateřských škol.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with understanding the phenomenon of power by kindergarden teachers. The theoretical part focuses on mapping the concept of phenomenon of power and its incorporation into the pedagogical context of the kindergarden class. It also provides the key insights to understand the differences between power and authority. The practical section of the thesis reveals how kindergarden teachers understand the phenomenon of power and how they describe their power over preschool children. The research part was realized through the interviews with kindergarden teachers.
