dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá zvýšením motivace zaměstnanců dané organizace. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část, kdy teoretická část popisuje základní aspekty z oblasti motivace. Praktická část obsahuje vymezení pracovní motivace spokojenosti pro vybraný podnik konkrétně. Stěžejní část je dotazníkové šetření, ve kterém jsou vyhodno-ceny jednotlivé aspekty pracovní motivace a spokojenosti ve vztahu k různým oddělením vybraného podniku. Dotazníkové šetření vychází z rozdělení jednotlivých respondentů do kategorie pracovníků v provozu, vedoucích pracovníků a THP. Závěrem této práce je celkové zhodnocení dílčích aspektů pracovní motivace, která vede k dosažení spokoje-nosti zaměstnanců.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis seeks an employee motivation increase within a selected organization.The thesis is consists of theoretical and practical parts, where the theoretical part of the thesis describes basic aspects of motivation area.The practical part contains a definition of work motivation and satisfaction for the selected company specifically. The key part of this section consists of a questionnaire survey, which evaluates individual aspects of work motivation and satisfaction in relation to different departments of the selected company. The questionnaire is based on the division of individual respondents into category of in-service workers, managers and technical workers. The conclusion of this thesis is an overall evaluation of the partial aspects of the work motivation, leading to the achievement of employee satisfaction.
