dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je napsána na téma "Logistika v retailu - problematika řízení zásob". Teoretická část práce obsahuje literární rešerši na dané téma z dostupné odborné literatury. Vysvětleny jsou zde pojmy logistika, postavení logistiky, logistické toky a činnosti, maloobchod a řízení zásob. V praktické části se práce orientuje na produkty vybrané prodejny Hypermarket Albert v Kunovicích, která je na začátku praktické části představena. Na analýzu produktů byly využity metody ABC, XYZ a kombinace těchto metod.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is written on the topic " The Logistics in the Retail - the Issues of the Ma-nagement the Inventories". The theoretical part of the thesis contains a literature search on a given topic from the available literature. The terms logistics, logistics status, logistics flows and activities, retail and inventory management are explained. In the practical part, the work focuses on the products of the selected store Hypermarket Albert in Kunovice, which is introduced at the beginning of the practical part. ABC, XYZ and a combination of these methods were used to analyze the products.
