dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací nákupu ve vybraném podniku. Sestává se ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše problematiky firemního nákupu a stručně charakterizuje metody použité v praktické části. Ve druhé části práce je analyzován současný stav nákupu ve vybraném podniku a jsou navržena doporučení k jeho optimalizaci. V závěru praktické části práce je za podpory softwarových nástrojů vypracován návrh plánu pro implementaci navržených doporučení, včetně časového harmonogramu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the optimization of purchasing in a selected company. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there is a literature review of the issue of corporate purchasing and the methods used in the practical part are briefly characterized. The second part of the thesis analyses the current state of purchasing in the selected company and proposes recommendations for its optimization. At the end of the practical part there is a draft plan for the implementation of the proposed recommendations, including a timetable which is drawn up with the support of software tools.
