dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca je zameraná na projekt implementácie dokumentácie a zvýšenie infor-movanosti o metódach riadenia projektov v rámci systému Vaillant Production System v spoločnosti Protherm Production s.r.o. Spoločnosť patrí medzi najväčších domácich výrobcov tepelnej techniky. Hlavným predmetom činnosti spoločnosti Protherm Production s.r.o. je produkcia vykurovacích zariadení pre stredoeurópske a východoeurópske trhy. Prvá časť práce sa zameriava na teoretické východiská úspešného projektového managementu, implementáciu projektového riadenia do spoločnosti, ich popis a metódy. Druhá časť obsahuje rozbor súčasného stavu riadenia projektov v spoločnosti, pričom získané údaje sú ďalej analyzované a napokon je vypracovaný samotný projekt implementácie, ktorý by mal zlepšiť súčasný stav riadenia projektov v spoločnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the project of implementation of documentation and increasing awareness of project management methods within the Vaillant Production System in company Protherm Production s.r.o. The company is considered one of the largest domestic producers of heating technology. The main activity of Protherm Production s.r.o. is the production of heating equipment for Central European and Eastern European markets. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical basis of successful project management, implementation of project management into the company, their description and methods. The second part contains an analysis of the current state of project management in the company, while the obtained data are further analysed and finally the project of implementation, which should improve the current state of project management in the company is elaborated.
