dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci analyzujeme postoje seniorů k využívání digitálních technologií v jejich životě. V teoretické části práce definujeme pojmy stáří a stárnutí. Zabýváme se aktivním stárnutím a volným časem v životě seniorů. Definujeme pojem digitální gramotnost. Vymezujeme základní digitální technologie a zabýváme se vzděláváním seniorů v oblasti digitálních technologií. V praktické části diplomové práce, realizované kvantitativní metodou sběru dat vyhodnocujeme aktuální aspekty vztahu seniorů k digitálním technologiím. Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnotit, jakou hodnotu představují digitální technologie v životě seniorů, motivovat a poukázat na výhody, ale i nevýhody jejich vyu-žívání.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In this thesis we analyze the attitudes of seniors towards the use of digital technologies in their lives. In the theoretical part of the thesis we define the terms old age and aging. We are concerned with active aging and leisure in the lives of seniors. We define the concept of digital literacy. We establish basic digital technologies and we engage in the education of seniors in the field of digital technologies. In the practical part of the thesis, realized by the quantitative method of data collection, we evaluate the current aspects of the rela-tionship of seniors with the digital technologies. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the value of digital technologies in the life of seniors, to motivate them and to point out the advantages and disadvantages of their use.
