dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou sexuality osob s mentálním postižením pohledem pracovníků v sociálních zařízení. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení mentální retardace, sexualitě osob s mentálním postižením a definováním sociálně terapeutických dílen. Výzkum zahrnuje výsledky kvantitativního šetření realizovaného od léta 2018 metodou dotazníkového šetření. Získaná data byla analyzována pomocí jednofaktorové analýzy rozptylu (ANOVA) a t-testu v programu Statistica 13. Z výsledků výzkumu nám vychází, že pracovníky sociálně terapeutických dílen je nutné více vzdělávat v oblasti sexuality klientů, více pozitivně se k této skutečnosti staví muži než ženy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the topic of sexuality of mentally challenged persons from the point of view of workers of social insitutions. The theoretical part focuses on defining mental retardation, sexuality of mentally challenged persons, and defining socially therapeutical workshops. The research includes the results of a quantitative research conducted since summer 2018 using the questionnaire method. The data received were analysed using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) and t-test in the Statistica 13 program. The results of the research show that it is necessary to educate the workers in socially therapeutic workshops in the field of their clients' sexuality, and that men have a more positive attitude towards the issue than women.
