Diplomová práce je orientována na problematiku resilience rodičů pečujících o jedince s těžkým mentálním postižením. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikovat rizikové a protektivní faktory resilience a zjistit jaké faktory pomáhají posilovat resilienci rodičů. V teoretické části jsou odborné informace, které se týkají mentálního postižení, rodiny, stresu, zátěžových situací, resilience. Praktická část je realizována metodou kvalitativního výzkumu a prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměřuje na to, jak se rodiče vyrovnávají s náročnou životní situací, jakou je péče o těžce mentálně postiženého jedince a co jim napomáhá v tom, aby byli resilientní, při zvládání stresu a zátěžových situací. |

This diploma thesis is concentrated on the problems of the resilience of the parents caring for a severely mentally handicapped individual. The aim of the thesis is to identify risk and protective factors related to resilience and determine which faktors help to strengthen the resilience of parents. In the theoretical part there is special information concerning the mental handicap, families, stress, burden situations, the resilience. The practical part is realized through a method of the qualitative research and by means of half-structured dia-logues, and it concentrates on how the parents cope with a hard life situation like the care for a severely mentally handicapped individual, and what helps them to be resilient when they cope with stress and burden situations. |
