Diplomová práce se věnuje významu doprovázení v pěstounské péči. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy z náhradní rodinné péče, legislativu a samotný institut doprovázení v pěstounské péči. Praktická část pak na základě provedených rozhovorů analyzuje změny, které přineslo doprovázení do životů jednotlivých pěstounských rodin, hledá souvislost mezi osobností klíčového pracovníka a hodnocením služby doprovázení a snaží se nalézt absentující prvky ve službě doprovázení. |

The thesis deals with the importance of the accompanying in the foster care. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic terms about the substitute family care, the legislation and the accompanying in the foster care alone. The practical part of the thesis is based on inter-views and analyses the changes which accompanying brought into the lives of foster fami-lies. The practical part also searches for connections between the personality of the key social worker and the evaluation of the accompanying and looks for missing the compo-nents in the accompanying. |
