Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast porozvodové péče o dítě, konkrétně na dilemata v péči střídavé, spatřovaná v této formě péče jejími přímými účastníky. Přímými účastníky jsou v tomto případě myšleny dospělé osoby, které se s touto formou péče osobně setkali. Vysoká rozvodovost v současné společnosti je aktuálním tématem. Střídavá péče, jako forma péče doposud ojedinělá, začíná být vzhledem ke zvyšujícímu se zájmu o ni, stále více diskutovaná. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá rodinou a její historií, rozpadem rodiny a jeho vlivem na dítě, formami porozvodové péče o dítě a to především péčí střídavou a jejími specifiky. Praktická část je zpracována metodou interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy - jedním z designů kvalitativního výzkumu. Výsledky výzkumu jsou prezentovány z hlediska jednotlivých respondentů s vyvozením závěrů analýzou jejich životních zkušeností. |

The thesis aims at the topic of a child custody arrangement after divorce, specifically at the shared parenting dilemmas, which have been noticed in this form of custody by the direct participants. The direct participants in this case are adult persons who have experienced this form of custody. The high divorce rate in nowadays society is a topical issue. Shared parenting, which has up till now been a rare form of custody, has begun to be gradually more discussed due to the growing interest in it. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with family and its history, its break-up and consequent influence on the child, forms of child custody after divorce, primarily the shared parenting and its specifics. The practical part has been elaborated by the method of interpretive phenomenological analysis - one of the qualitative survey designs. The results of the survey are presented from the individual responders´ point of view, with their life experience analysis being used for the inference. |
