Diplomová práce se zabývá klimatem školní třídy na 2. stupni základní školy. V úvodní části práce představuje pojmy související s touto problematikou, konkrétně popis školní třídy, její atmosféru, prostředí aj. Dále se práce orientuje na teoretická východiska klimatu třídy, jeho utváření a činitelů, které jej ovlivňují. Podrobněji seznamuje se způsoby zjišťo-vání klimatu a možnostmi využití získaných výsledků. V rámci praktické části je realizován kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření s využitím dvou druhů dotazníků, kte-ré zjišťují aktuální klima z pohledu žáků dané třídy. V závěru práce jsou interpretovány výsledky výzkumu a doporučení pro praxi na základě zjištěných dat. |

The diploma thesis deals with the classroom climate in the secondary school. The introdu-ctory part introduces the concepts related to this issue, specifically the description of a school classroom, its atmosphere, its environment etc. Furthermore, the work focuses on the theoretical origins of the classroom climate, its shaping and the factors that influence it. It deals with ways of identifying the climate. It also presents how to use the results which were obtained. In the practical part, quantitative research is carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey using two types of questionnaires that identify the current climate as perceived by the class pupils. At the end of the work, the results of the research and re-commendations for practice are interpreted on the basis of the data which were found. |
