Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá sexualitou a partnerskými vztahy osob s mentálním postižením. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část má tři kapitoly. První kapitola je soustředěna mentální postižení,jeho charakteristiku a klasifikaci. Druhá kapitola je věnována sexualitě obecně a jejím specifikům z perspektivy mentálního postižení. Poslední, třetí kapitola pojednává o roli zdravotně sociálního pracovníka a možnostech pomoci a podpory nejen v rámci sociálních služeb. Praktická část této práce je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem, který zahrnuje polostrukturovaný rozhovor a nestandardizované pozorování. Výsledky byly analyzovány interpretativní fenomenologickou analýzou (IPA). Hlavním cílem této práce bylo porozumět, jakým způsobem osoby s lehkým mentálním postižením vnímání sexualitu a partnerské vztahy. |

Submitted bachelor thesis is focused on sexuality and partner relationships of people with mental disabilities. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theorical part has three chapters. The first chapter is concentrated on mental disability, its characterictics and clasification. The second chapter is dedicated to sexuality in general and its specifics from the perspective of mental disability. The last, third chapter discusses the role of a health and social worker and the possibilities of support and assistance not only in social services. Practical part is made up of qualitative research which consists of half-structured interview and non-structured observation. Results of this research were analyzed by interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA). The main aim of this thesis was to understand, how people with a slight mental disability perceive sexuality and partner relationships. |
