dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je "Režimová opatření u pacientů s vředovou chorobou gastroduodena". Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je členěna do tří kapitol, z nichž první popisuje anatomii a fyziologii žaludku a dvanáctníku. Následně je popsána charakteristika gastroduodenálního vředu, jeho etiologie, patogeneze, klasifikace a klinický obraz. Druhá kapitola obsahuje režimová opatření rozdělená na dietoterapii a ostatní režimová opatření. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnovaná edukační činnosti. Tato kapitola definuje co je edukační proces, fáze edukace a její zásady. Praktická část zkoumá pomocí dotazníkového šetření, zda pacienti s vředovou chorobou žaludku a duodena dodržují režimová opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor thesis is "Regime Measures in Patients with Gastroduodenal Ulcer Disease". The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes anatomy, physiology of stomach and duodenum, characteristics of gastroduodenal ulcer, its etiology, pathogenesis, classification and clinical picture. The second chapter includes diet regimes divided into diet therapy and other regimens. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to educational activities. This chapter defines what the educational process, the education phase and its principles are.
