dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá riziky těhotenství u žen starších 40 let. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a na část praktickou. Teoretická část práce se zabývá stručným nástinem průběhu těhotenství, a to v jeho fyziologické, rizikové a patologické rovině. Dále jsou v této části práce popsány vybrané komplikace spojené s pozdním věkem rodiček, metody prenatální diagnostiky a následně i porod u starších rodiček. Praktická část práce analyzuje data z porodních knih Krajské nemocnice Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně, a to ve vybraných letech. Poté jsou tyto data zpracovávána do grafů a tabulek. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda v dané lokalitě a v daných letech přibývá rodiček starších 40 let. Dílčím cílem je objasnit nejčastější komplikace u těchto ţen, včetně četnosti porodů císařského řezu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the risks of pregnancy in women over forty years. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with a brief outline of the course of pregnancy in its physiological, risk and pathological level. Furthermore, in this part of the work are described selected complications associated with late age, methods of prenatal diagnosis and subsequent delivery in older women. The practical part analyzes the data from the birth books of the Tomas Bata Regional Hospital in Zlín in selected years. Subsequently, it processes these data into graphs and tables. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out whether there are more than 40 years old women in the given locality and in the given years. The aim is to clarify the most common complications in these women, including the frequency of caesarean section.
