dc.description.abstract	Tématem této práce je role sestry v domácí hospicové péči. Práce je rozčleněna na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje hospicovou a paliativní péči. Dále se zabývá rolí sestry a specifiky její práce při péči o nevyléčitelně nemocné. Praktická část je realizována pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, technikou rozhovorů a pozorováním. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit specifika péče o nevyléčitelně nemocné v domácím hospici. Dále také zjišťuje, jaká je úloha sestry v domácí hospicové péči, zdali a jak se liší poskytování péče u nevyléčitelně nemocných v hospici a v domácích podmínkách a jaký je rozsah spolupráce sester a s ostatními členy týmu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this work is the role of a nurse in home hospice care. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes hospice and palliative care. It also deals with the role of the nurse and the specifics of her work in the care of the terminally ill. The practical part is realized by means of qualitative research, interview technique and observation. The main aim of this work is to find out the specifics of care for the terminally ill in the home hospice. It also finds out what the role of a nurse in home hospice care is, whether and how the provision of care for the terminally ill in hospice and at home is different, and what is the extent of nurses' cooperation with other team members.
