dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na péči o pacienty po kardiochirurgických operacích srdečních chlopní a po operacích infarktu myokardu. Zabývá se jednotlivými fázemi rehabilitačních metod a postupů v nemocniční a posthospitalizační péči. Dále se zaměřuje na lázeňskou péči, balneoterapeutické a fyzikálně terapeutické metody. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Cílem práce je shrnutí aktuálně používaných rehabilitačních a fyzioterapeutických technik, které jsou aplikovány na pacienty, podstupující náročné kardiovaskulární operace. Praktická část se věnuje hodnocením fyzické aktivity u pěti respondentů na podkladě zátěžového ergometrického testu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the care of patients after cardiac surgeries of heart valves and myocardial infarctions. It deals with individual phases of rehabilitation methods and procedures in hospital and post-hospitalization care. It also focuses on spa care, balneotherapy and physical therapy methods. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim of the thesis is summarizing currently used rehabilitation and physiotherapy techniques, which are used on patients undergoing intensive cardiovascular surgery. The practical part deals with the evaluation of physical activity based on stress ergo metric test of five patients.
