dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývala využíváním controllingových nástrojů ve společnosti KAR-mobil s.r.o. Jejím cílem bylo navržení controllingových opatření, které poskytnou vedení společnosti informace, napomáhající k efektivnějšímu řízení společnosti. Práce byla rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V rámci řešení projektu byla zpracována literární rešerše zahrnující teoretická východiska controllingu a byla provedena celková analýza společnosti zahrnující analýzu vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí a analýzu ekonomickou. Po zhodnocení celkového stavu společnosti byla provedena analýza využívaných controllingový nástrojů. V závěrečné projektové části byla navržena opatření z oblasti obchodního, personálního a operativního controllingu, na základě kterých, bude management společnosti pravidelně informován o aktuálním stavu a vývoji společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the use of controlling tools in the company KAR-mobil s.r.o. Its goal was to propose controlling measures that will provide the company's management with information that can help to manage the company more effectively. The thesis was divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Within the project part, a literature review was elaborated including the theoretical basis of controlling, and an overall analysis of the company including external and internal environment analysis and economic analysis was carried out. After evaluating the overall status of the company, an analysis of the used controlling tools was performed. In the final part of the project measures from the area of business, human resource and operative controlling were proposed, based on which the company management will be regularly informed about the current state and development of the company.
