Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na netradiční studenty a jejich motivace, které je vedly ke studiu na Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. Taktéž se zabývá faktory, které ovlivňují jejich volbu a bariérami, které jim ve studiu bránily. Primárně se zaměřujeme na motivaci netradičních studentů pro vybrané studijní programy. Práce je standartně složena ze dvou navazujících částí, praktické a teoretické. První teoretická část se zabývá pojmy, jež jsou základem zmíněné problematiky. Patří sem motivace, celoživotní vzdělávání, faktory a bariéry. Důležitou kapitolou je charakteristika netradičních studentů. Dále jsou v této části charakterizovány zvolené studijní programy. Praktický díl této práce je věnován samotnému výzkumu, při kterém se kvantitativní metodou zjišťovaly motivy, bariery a z části očekávání netradičních studentů vybraných programů Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně. |

This bachelor thesis studies the motives of on non-traditional students that led them into the study at Tomas Bata University in Zlín It also deals with the factors that are influencing their choice as well as potential barriers that might prevented them from the intended study. The primary focus is given to the motives of non-traditional students for selecting a specific program degree. The thesis contains two parts, practical and theoretical. The first theoretical part deals with all the terms that are the basis of the mentioned issue. These include motivation, lifelong learning, factors and barriers. An important chapter is the characteristics of non-traditional students. Furthermore, the selected study programs are also characterized and described in this part. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the research itself, in which the quantitative method was used to find out the motives, barriers and partly the expectations of non-traditional students of selected programs of the Tomas Bata University in Zlín. |
