dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na edukaci matek o screeningovém vyšetření na novorozeneckém oddělení. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsme se věnovaly historií oboru neonatologie, charakterizováním základních neonatologických definic jako fyziologický novorozenec, rizikový a patologický novorozenec. V teoretické části jsme se především zabývaly novorozeneckým screenigem, jeho historií, průběhem vyšetřování, vyhledávanými poruchami a následnou léčbou. V praktické části jsme zkoumaly informovanost žen v oblasti novorozenecké screeningu, zda dostávají při edukaci od zdravotníků dostatečné množství informací a na základě získaných informací byl vytvořen edukační materiál.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the education of mothers about screening examination in the neonatal department. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we deal with the history of neonatology, characterization of basic neonatological definitions such as physiological newborn, risk and pathological no-neonate. In the theoretical part we dealt mainly with neonatal screening, its history, course of investigation, sought after disorders and subsequent treatment. In the practical part, we examined the awareness of women in the field of neonatal screening, whether they receive sufficient information from healthcare professionals and an educational material was cre-ated based on the information obtained.
