dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá adaptací dětí na školní prostředí. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části popisuji mladší školní věk dítěte, možný výběr škol (tradiční a alternativní školy) a proces adaptace dětí na školní prostředí. Práce se zaměřuje na faktory ovlivňující adaptaci dítěte, věnuje se vlivu rodiny, školy, třídy a také významu učitele. Praktická část popisuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu. Kvalitativní výzkum byl realizován prostřednictvím rozhovorů s učitelkami veřejné a soukromé školy. Podkladem pro výzkum je jejich zkušenost s adaptačním stupněm (předškoličkou). Jejich pohledem je zkoumán význam adaptačního stupně (předškoličky) v procesu adaptace dítěte na školní prostředí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with adaptation of the children to the school environment. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the younger-school-age, the possible selection of the schools (the traditional schools and the alternative chools) and the process of the adaptation to the school environment. The thesis focuses on factor influencing the child´s adaptation, it deals with the influence of the family, the influence of the school and the class team and also it deals with the importance of the teacher. The practical part describes the results of the qualitative oriented research. The qualitative oriented research was realized through the interviews with the public school teachers and the private school teachers. The bases for research is their experience with an adaptation stage (pre-chool). From their point of view is the importance of the adaptation stage (pre-school) in the process of the adaptation to the school environment explored.
