Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je sanace rodiny z pohledu sociálního pracovníka. Skládá se ze dvou částí. Teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se věnuje obecným faktům týkající se rodiny, jako její definice, funkce a znaky. V dalším oddílu teoretické části je představen systém péče o ohrožené rodiny, který se nazývá sanace rodiny. Věnuje se jejímu podrobnému popisu, definicím, podmínkám a samotnému průběhu, včetně legislativního ukotvení. Nechybí ani výčet některých organizací, které se sanací rodiny v České republice zabývají. Cílem teoretické části práce je tedy uvést čtenáře do této problematiky, která je v dnešní době velice aktuální. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá zpracováním a vyhodnocováním dat, které byly získány na základě kvantitativního výzkumu, z vyplněných dotazníků. Ze získaných dat v závěru vyplývají návrhy opatření, která by do budoucna mohla práci s rodinami usnadnit nebo urychlit. |

The main theme of the bachelor thesis is the rehabilitation of the family from the point of view of a social worker. It consists of two parts. Theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains general facts about the family, its definitions, functions and characters. In the next section of the theoretical part is contained the system of care for the endangered family, which is called family rehabilitation. It deals with its detailed description, definitions, conditions and course including legislative anchoring. There is also some organizations that deal with family rehabilitation in the Czech Republic. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is to introduce the reader to this issue, which is very up to date. The practical part of the diploma thesis focuses on the processing and evaluation of data, which were obtained based on quantitative research, from completed questionnaires. In the end from the resulting data they are described draft measures that could facilitate or accelerate work with families in the future. |
