dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou péče o terminálně nemocné osoby v domácím prostředí a rodinnými příslušníky, kteří se na jejich péči podílí. Teoretická část se snaží zmapovat potřeby umírajících osob a jejich možnosti péče. Vysvětluje paliativní a hospicovou péči a její formy. Druhá kapitola teoretické části je věnována rodinným příslušníkům. Zaměřuje se na problematiku pečování o druhou osobu z pohledu rodiny a na doprovázení blízkých osob. Poslední část teoretické části řeší truchlení a jeho fáze, kterými prochází pozůstalé osoby. Praktická část zkoumá péči o terminálně nemocné osoby z pohledu pečujícího rodinného příslušníka. Cílem je zjistit, jak péče o vážně nemocnou blízkou osobu ovlivňuje rodinného pečujícího příslušníka.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of care for terminally ill people in the home environment and family members who are involved in their care. The theoretical part seeks to map the needs of the dying people and their possibilities of care. It explains palliative and hospicic care and its forms. The second chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to family members. It focuses on the issue of caring for the other person from the perspective of the family and for accompanying people. The Last part of the theoretical part solves the mourning and its phases through which the surviving person. The practical part examines the care of terminally ill person from the perspective of a caring family member. The aim is to find out how caring for a seriously ill close person affects a family caregiver.
