Práce je zaměřena na porovnání tří salesiánských středisek mládeže v České republice a charakteristiky jejich dobrovolníků. V teoretické části obecně seznamuje se salesiány a jejich způsobem výchovy, vysvětluje obecně pojem dobrovolnictví. V praktické části vychází z výsledků kvantitativního výzkumu pro charakteristiku dobrovolníků pracujících právě v těchto střediscích. |

The work concentrates on comparison of three salesian youth centres in Czech republic and on characterization of their volunteers. In a theoretical part it generally introduces salesians and their way of upbringing and generally explains the meaning of volunteering. The practical part is based on the results of the qualitative research comparing the centres in Ostrava, Prague and Zlin and also on the results of the quantitative research of the chracteristics of the volunteers working in these youth centres. |
