dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice soužití vícegeneračních rodin pod jednou střechou. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy relevantní pro dané téma. Popisuje roli rodiny ve společnosti, osvětluje charakteristiky jednotlivých generací z pohledu vývojové psychologie a definuje vícegenerační soužití. Praktická část zjišťuje polo-strukturovanými rozhovory pohled příslušníků dvou generací na tento typ soužití. Data získaná tímto způsobem jsou poté analyzována pomocí otevřeného kódování a technikou vyložení karet.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis concerns the cohabitation of multi-generational families under the same roof. The theoretical part analyses the basic concepts relevant to the topic. It describes the role of the family in society, explains the characteristics of different generations from the perspective of developmental psychology and defines multi-generational cohabitation. The practical part examines, through semi-structured interviews, the perceptions and experience of the members of two generations concerning this form of cohabitation. The data gathered during the practical part are then analysed through open coding by the method of reading cards.
