Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem motivace k práci s uživateli drog u sociálních pracovníků. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na tři hlavní témata - motivace, sociální pracovník, drogové služby. Praktická část se věnuje kvalitativnímu výzkumu, jehož cílem je zjistit, jaká je motivace sociálních pracovníků k práci s uživateli drog. Samotný výzkum probíhal za použití hloubkových rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky, kteří pracují v drogových službách. |
