Tato diplomová práce se zabývá resiliencí adolescentů umístěných v ústavní péči. První, teoretická část práce je členěna do 3 kapitol, představující stěžejní teoretická východiska z oblasti resilience, adolescence a vývoje jedince v ústavní péči. Navazující praktická část diplomové práce pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné strategie - narativních rozhovorů, zkoumá prvky resilience adolescentů umístěných v ústavní péči. Na základě narativně zanalyzovaných dat byly formulovány konkrétní kroky, které mohou pomoci pedagogickým či sociálním pracovníkům k podpoře resilience u adolescentů, s nimiž jsou v kontaktu. |

The diploma thesis deals with resilience of adolescents placed in institutional care. The first, theoretical part of the thesis is divided into 3 chapters representing the basic theoretical background in the field of resilience, adolescence, and development of an individual in institutional care. The following practical part examines elements of the resilience of adolescents placed in institutional care using a qualitative research strategy - narrative interviews. Based on narratively analyzed data, there have been formulated specific steps which can help pedagogical or social workers support the resilience of adolescents with whom they are in contact. |
