Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou aktivizace seniorů s demencí prizmatem pracovníků domova se zvláštním režimem. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na stárnutí a stáří, charakteristiku osob s demencí a aktivizaci seniorů s demencí v rámci domova se zvláštním režimem. V první kapitole se práce zaměřuje na pojem stárnutí, stáří a jeho periodizaci, koncept aktivního stárnutí jako prediktor kvality života u seniorů. V druhé části vymezujeme charakteristiku osob s demencí, popisujeme etiologii a základní symptomy demencí, diagnostiku, klasifikaci a léčbu demence a charakteristiku vybraných druhů demence. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na aktivizaci seniorů s demencí v rámci domova se zvláštním režimem, popisujeme charakteristiku pobytové služby domova pro seniory se zvláštním režimem, volný čas a jeho funkce zaměřené na seniory s demencí a aktivizaci seniorů s demencí v podmínkách domova se zvláštním režimem. Praktická část je zaměřena na bázi kvalitativního výzkumu, ten si klade za cíl zjistit a popsat, jakým způsobem dle aktivizačních pracovníků probíhá aktivizace seniorů s demencí ve vybraném domově se zvláštním režimem. Data získaná skrze polostrukturovaná interview byla analyzována pomocí dílčích postupů zakotvené teorie. |

The Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of activation of seniors with dementia through the prism of the workers of a home with a special regime. The theoretical part focuses on aging and old age, the characteristics of people with dementia and the activation of seniors with dementia in a home with a special regime. In the first chapter, the work focuses on the concept of aging, old age and its periodization and the concept of active aging as a predictor of quality of life of seniors. In the second part we define the characteristics of people with dementia, we describe the etiology and basic symptoms of dementia, the diagnosis, classification and treatment of dementia and the characteristics of selected types of dementia. The third chapter focuses on the activation of seniors with dementia within a home with a special regime, we describe the characteristics of the residential service in a home for seniors with a special regime, free time and its functions focused on seniors with dementia and activation of seniors with dementia in the conditions of a home with a special regime. The practical part is focused on the qualitative research, which aims to find out and describe how, according to the activation workers, the activation of seniors with dementia takes place in a selected home with a special regime. The data obtained through semi-structured interviews were analyzed using partial procedures of grounded theory. |
