Tato práce popisuje rodičovskou dovolenou otců, jakožto poměrně nový prvek při zrovno právnění mužů a žen v oblasti rodiny. Snahou je, aby rodičovská dovolená nebyla stereotypně připisována pouze ženám, ale aby i na muže bylo nahlíženo jako na kompetentní osoby, schopné poskytnout dítěti péči. Cílem není, aby si rodiče mezi sebou pouze vyměnili své role, ale aby došlo ke kompromisu a sladění jejich rodinných i pracovních povinností. |

This thesis describes parental leave of absence from work for fathers as a relatively new element in equalizing the roles of men and women in the family. The effort is for the concept of leave from work for family reasons not to be just stereotypi-cally credited to women, but that a man may also be looked upon as a competent person capable of providing care to the child. The aim is not for the parents to merely exchange roles, but rather that there occurs a compromise and harmonization of both their family and work responsibilities. |
