Tématem diplomové práce jsou stresové faktory v práci učitelky mateřské školy. Cílem tohoto kvalitativního výzkumu je odhalit a popsat konkrétní stresové faktory v práci učitelky mateřské školy. V teoretické části práce jsou sumarizovány poznatky týkající se stresu z pohledu různých autorů. Dále je pojem stres zasazen do pedagogického kontextu. Empirická část práce zahrnuje výsledky kvalitativního šetření. Výzkum je zpracován metodou polostrukturovaného interview s učitelkami mateřských škol. Získaná data jsou podložena participačním pozorováním učitelek v jednotlivých mateřských školách. Výsledky výzkumu odhalily skutečné stresové faktory, které ovlivňují práci učitelek mateřských škol. |

The topic of the thesis is stress factors in the work of kindergarten teacher. The aim of this qualitative research is to identify and describe specific stress factors in the work of a kindergarten teacher. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge of stress from the perspective of various authors. Furthermore, the term stress is set in a pedagogical context. The empirical part of the thesis includes the results of a qualitative survey. The research is based on a semi-structured interview with kindergarten teachers. The data which supported by participatory observation of teachers in individual kindergartens. The results of the research revealed real stress factors that affect the work of kindergarten teachers. |
