dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zaměřuje se na specifika práce učitele s dětmi mladšími tří let v mateřské škole. Teoretická část se zabývá podmínkami práce učitele zahrnující vývojová specifika dětí mladších tří let v kontextu institucionálního vzdělávání dětí v raném věku. Na teoretickou část navazuje empirická část s kvalitativně orientovaným výzkumem, jež byl realizován prostřednictvím metody polostrukturovaného interview s učitelkami mateřských škol. Hlavním cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo popsat, jaké postupy práce využívají učitelé mateřských škol u dětí mladších tří let.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis is of theoretical-empirical character and focuses on the specifics of working with children younger than three years of age in kindergarten through the eyes of teachers. The theoretical part concerns with the working conditions of a teacher involving the developmental specifics of children younger than three years of age in the context of institutional education of children at early age. The theoretical part is followed by the empirical part with qualitatively oriented research which has been conducted through the method of semi-structured interview with kindergarten teachers. The main goal of this research was to describe the methods that kindergarten teachers use with children younger than three years of age.
