Bakalářská práce je teoreticko-empirického charakteru a zaměřuje se na rozdíly v interakci s dětmi předškolního věku mezi učitelkou-ženou a učitelem-mužem. Teoretická část stručně objasňuje problematiku feminizace školství včetně jejího dopadu na dítě. Stěžejní část je věnována interakci učitel - dítě v mateřské škole, kde jsou i mimo jiné uvedeny činnosti, které učitel v interakci s dětmi vykonává. Praktická část je založena na empirickém výzkumu, jehož cílem je popsat specifika učitele-muže v interakci s dětmi předškolního věku. Výzkumný soubor tvoří učitelky mateřských škol, které pracovaly či pracují s učitelem v jedné třídě. Informace jsou od učitelek získány prostřednictvím metody polostrukturovaného interview. |

The bachelor thesis has theoretical-empirical character and focuses on different interactions with preschool children between female teacher and male teacher. The theoretical part briefly explains the issue of feminization of teaching and its impact on preschool children. The main part analyzes interaction between teacher and children in kindergarten, including activities used by a teacher as a part of interaction with them. The practical part is based on an empirical research. Its goal is to describe specifics of interaction between male teacher and preschool children. The research group is made up of kindergarten female teacher who worked or still work with a male teacher in the same class. The information is acquired via semi-structured interview method. |
