dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma Laparoskopická cholecystektomie. Je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií, fyziologií a patologií žlučníku. Dále jsou tu popsány diagnostické metody, indikace vedoucí k laparoskopické cholecystektomii a operační postup. Teorie dále zahrnuje vysvětlení pojmu cholecystektomie a jaké jsou její druhy, laparoskopie a její historie. Na závěr je zde popsaná předoperační a pooperační péče a edukace pacienta o dietním omezení po operaci. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou dat, které byly získány pomocí dotazníkového šetření, tedy kvantitativní výzkumnou metodou. Dotazníky jsou určeny pro pacienty na chirurgickém oddělení a otázky jsou sestaveny tak, aby došlo ke splnění stanovených cílů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. It is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the gallbladder. Furthermore, diagnostic methods, indications leading to laparoscopic cholecystectomy and surgical procedure are described. The theory also includes an explanation of the concept of cholecystectomy and its types are, laparoscopy and its history. Finally, preoperative and postoperative care and postoperative care and education of the patient about dietary restrictions after surgery is described here. The practical part deals with the analysis of data that were obtained using a questionnaire survey, thus by a quantitative research method. The questionnaires are designed for patients in the surgical department and the questions are designed to meet the set goals.
