dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienta před a po implantaci endoprotézy kyčle a kolene v České republice a zahraničí, konkrétně v Rakousku. Cílem práce je porovnat průběh předoperační a pooperační ošetřovatelské péče u nás a v Rakousku. Teoretická část práce se zabývá popisem totální endoprotézy kyčle a kolene, konkrétně historií, druhy endoprotéz, indikacemi a kontraindikacemi. Mimo jiné zmiňuje také ošet-řovatelskou předoperační a pooperační péči Rakousku. V samostatné kapitole je také popsána ošetřovatelská péče se systémem Rapid Recovery využívajícího v Ortopedické nemocnici speising ve Vídni. Záměrem praktické části bylo porovnat v ošetřovatelskou péči v České republice a Rakousku, jestli je dostatečně pacient edukován o výkonu, jenž podstoupí a zda standardy ošetřovatelské péče mohou ovlivnit délku hospitalizace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on nursing care of patients before and after implantation of hip and knee replacements in the Czech Republic and abroad, specifically in Austria. The aim of this work is to compare the course of preoperative and postoperative nursing care in our country and in Austria. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the description of total hip and knee replacements, specifically the history, types of endoprostheses, indications and contraindications. Among other things, he also mentions the nursing preoperative and postoperative care of Austria. A separate chapter also describes nursing care with the Rapid Recovery system using speising at the Orthopedic Hospital in Vienna. The aim of the practical part was to compare in nursing care in the Czech Republic and Austria, whether the patient is sufficiently educated about the performance he will undergo and whether the standards of nursing care can affect the length of hospitalization.
