Bakalářská práce "Profese všeobecných sester z pohledu veřejnosti" představuje profesi všeobecné sestry ve společnosti. Teoretická část má tři hlavní kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá historií, osobnostmi ošetřovatelství, etickým kodexem sester a právy a povinnostmi sester a pacientů. Druhá kapitola vymezuje vzdělávání sester, jejich kompetence a legislativu. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je charakterizována osobnost, role a image sestry, komunikace, odpovědnost a spolupráce sestry v týmu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na zjištění postoje veřejnosti ve vztahu k profesi všeobecných sester. Výsledky výzkumu, který byl realizován technikou dotazníku, jsou vyhodnoceny a zpracovány pomocí tabulek a grafů doplněných komentáři |

The bachelor's thesis "Profession of Nurses from the Public Perspective" presents professional nurses in society. The theoretical part has three main chapters. The first chapter deals with the history, personalities of nursing, the code of ethics and nursing rights and duties. The second chapter defines the education of nurses, their competencies and legislation. The last chapter of theoretical part describes the personality, role and image of the nurses, communication, responsibility and cooperation of the nurses in the team. The practical part is focused on find out public relation to profession of nurses. The results of the research, which was done by survey, are eveluated and processed by sheets and graphs. |
