dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je sledování pacientů s primárním lymfedémem v průběhu komplexní dekongestivní terapie. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií, fyziologií lymfatického systému, dále je zde uvedena diagnostika a terapie. Praktickou část tvoří tři kazuistiky pacientek trpících primárním lymfedémem. Za souhlasu všech respondentek byly při výzkumu použity následující metody - pozorování, měření, studium a analýza zdravotnické dokumentace. V průběhu pozorování bylo zjištěno, že nastavená CDT měla u vybraných respondentek z dlouhodobého hlediska dobrý přínos. Všechny respondentky se podílely na spolupráci při léčbě.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor thesis is monitoring patients with primary lymfedema during complex dekongesitive therapy. The project is divide on theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part dealing with anatomy, phyziology of lymphatic system. Also there is show diagnostics of a therapy. Practikal part is compromised by casuistry of three patients suffering from primary lyphedema. All these patients agreed that we can use these methods - observing, measuring, studying andanalysis of medical documentation. During progres was found that CDT had really good respond from all these patients by long-term of appliqued. All patients collaborate during treatment.
