Práce je zaměřena zejména na péči o fyziologické novorozence hned po porodu a v prvních dnech života. Cílem předkládané práce je shrnout dosavadní poznatky v péči a napomoci správnému adaptačnímu procesu. Zabývá se problémy, které vznikly u rodiček krátce po porodu a jakým způsobem byly řešeny. Metodou kvalitativního výzkumu je design kazuistiky. Cíle jsou poté v závěru práce zpracovány formou diskuze. Práce je určena studentkám, porodním asistentkám nebo dětským sestrám. |

The thesis is mainly focused on the care for a physiological newborns immediately after birth and first days of life. The aim of the thesis is to summarize the existing knowledge in cares and to help the correct adaptation process. It deals with problems that arose in mothers shortly after birth and how they were solved. The method of qualitative research is the design of case studies. The goals are then processed in the form of a discussion at the end of the work. The work is intend for students, midwives or nurses. |
