Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá zájmem příslušníků Armády České republiky o další vzdělávání s ohledem na jejich budoucí pracovní uplatnění po ukončení služby v AČR a dále faktory, které je v tomto směru nejvíce ovlivňují. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na seznámení s podstatou celoživotního učení a jeho dílčími aspekty, dále na faktory, které účast na dalším vzdělávání přímo ovlivňují a způsob nakládání s lidským kapitálem v podmínkách AČR. V praktické části bylo, formou kvantitativní výzkumu, provedeno výzkumné šetření, z jehož závěru vyplývá, že zlepšení možnosti pracovního uplatnění po skončení služby v AČR pro příslušníky armády je jedním z hlavních motivačních faktorů, avšak skutečný zájem v podobě aktivní účasti na dalším vzdělávání je velice nízký. |

This Bachelor thesis deals with the Czech Armed Forces members interested in further education with regard to their potential future occupation in the civilian employment when their contract expires. Moreover, it concentrates on the critical factors which influence them most. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the core of lifelong learning and its partial aspects. Furthermore, it is aimed at factors that directly impact the education and, lastly, the way the Czech Armed Forces preserve the human potential. The quantitative research method was used to conduct an investigation. The results demonstrate that a pos-sibility of job opportunities after retirement from military service is one of the main moti-vational factors.
