dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce seznamuje čtenáře s problematikou umírání, smrti a doprovázení umírajících. První polovina teoretické části má čtenáře seznámit se základními pojmy, fázemi a modely umírání. Druhá část je věnována sociálním službám v kontextu této práce. Jako výzkumný soubor byli zvoleni zaměstnanci domovů pro seniory, kteří se při svém zaměstnání pravidelně setkávají s doprovázením umírajících. Pro tuto práci byl zvolen kvantitativně orientovaný výzkum, který byl realizován pomocí anonymního dotazníku. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou zpracovány a vyhodnoceny pomocí tabulek a grafů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis acquaints readers with the issue of dying, death and accompanying the dying. The first half of the theoretical part describes and explains the basic concepts, phases and models of dying. The second part is devoted to social services in the context of this work. Employees of homes for the elderly, who regularly meet with the dying during their employment, were chosen as the research group. Quantitatively oriented research was chosen for this work, which was carried out using an anonymous questionnaire. The results of the research survey are processed and evaluated using tables and graphs.
